What's included in the exhibitor fee?
The fee covers your exhibition space, table, chairs, electricity (if requested), and promotion in our event marketing materials. Additional options are available upon request.
How much does it cost to exhibit?
Stand prices start at £90 for a 4ft space, with options up to 6ft tables and add-ons like tablecloths and electricity. See our booking form for details.
Can we choose where our stand is located?
You can request preferred locations, but allocation depends on availability. We try our best to accommodate all requests.
How many exhibitors per trade type do you allow?
We limit exhibitors per category to maintain variety and avoid direct competition, ensuring a balanced showcase.
What are the opening hours and setup times?
The event runs from 12-3pm, with setup scheduled the morning of the show. Exact setup times will be emailed prior to the event.
Do you offer alternative marketing opportunities if we can't attend in person?
Yes! We provide digital promotion packages and advertising opportunities for wedding suppliers with limited budgets or availability.
Can I reserve a space and pay later?
Yes, a 50% deposit secures your booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks before the event.
