PAYMENT INFORMATION

Please be aware you must adhere to the size of the stand that you have booked. On the day of the event, should we feel that your stand, marketing or additional items that you bring to the fair exceed your stand size, you may be asked to either remove items or pay for a suitable upgrade of space (subject to availabilty)

Full payment by card to secure your exhibitor space. We are unable to reserve spaces without a completed booking form and payment.

Once we have received your completed form and confirmed your exhibitor stand size and any additional add-ons.

Full event details, including setup information and the floor plan, will be emailed to you in the week leading up to the event.

• The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the event.
